My first round was supposed to be a video call, but the process fell apart before it even started.

The interview was canceled about thirty minutes before we were set to meet, and I didn’t get any real reason or explanation.

The lack of communication was what made it feel terrible. I was left waiting and confused, and I never received a message that clarified what happened. It wasn’t just a scheduling miss—it felt like the entire process suddenly disappeared with no courtesy.

I never made it through that stage, so there was no offer, and the overall impression was that the process wasn’t reliable from the start.
