Entergy Software Engineer interview experience

When I finally arrived, I interviewed with a panel that included multiple engineers and the hiring manager. The topics stayed centered on behavioral questions and discussion of my experience, with interviewers taking notes as I answered.

What stood out was how the company handled the overall logistics once I was moving forward. In my case, I also dealt with a travel-supported interview that included being brought to headquarters and treated as a real guest—travel expenses were covered, and the day included time around the office and interactions with the engineers I would likely work with.
