New Orleans, LAPosted Jul 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a phone screen that lasted about thirty minutes, and it started with personal experiences and how my skills mapped to the job description.

The structure was pretty simple, and the tone stayed professional while still feeling direct.

What made the call stand out was that I had to provide a technical presentation about current technology, framed around what the company was working with. After that, the conversation stayed tied to my understanding of the material and how I explained it. The overall process felt positive, but I didn’t move forward to an offer.
