Entergy Software Engineer interview experience

I went through a phone interview first, then did a panel interview via Zoom, and later had another phone interview. The people seemed great and the process itself didn’t feel overly difficult.

What I couldn’t ignore was how long they took to respond. There were stretches where weeks went by without updates, and I felt like I was left in the dark. Even with a smooth experience socially, the lack of responsiveness made the process feel drawn out and frustrating, and I didn’t end up with an offer.
