Entergy Software Engineer interview experience

The panel questions weren’t intimidating, but the day didn’t start on the best foot—plant security ran extremely slowly, and the interview didn’t begin until about an hour and a half after the scheduled time.

On top of that, there were issues with reimbursement and logistics around my hotel and meals. I also remember how they first told me the hotel was covered in advance, and then when I arrived it wasn’t handled that way. Despite that messy experience, the interview questions themselves stayed straightforward and the people seemed to be aiming at a culture fit more than technical gotchas.
