Orchard Park, NYPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a calm, mostly straightforward early-stage conversation that blended my background with practical logistics like relocation and visa considerations, then left me to manage the rest.

Recruiter screen — I discussed my education and previous experience.
Manager phone interview — I answered simple role-fit questions and clarified what I could bring.
Logistics check — I was asked about location preferences, relocation ability, and visa requirements.
Close-out / candidate questions — I was also given space to ask questions or end the interview. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that early screening included immigration/relocation feasibility alongside background fit.
