I went through a fairly structured, mostly behavioral process for the Software Engineer role, with light technical checks, over a handful of stages.

Recruiter/Hr screening (phone) — I talked with HR about my background and fit for the role.
Hiring manager screening (phone/video) — I answered some slightly technical questions and got a deeper overview of the job.
Panel interview — I discussed my experience and problem-solving approach in a collaborative setting, with an emphasis on communication, adaptability, and how I handle fast-paced challenges.
Onsite/presence stage (if applicable) — I wrapped with an in-person interaction and a role/company discussion, sometimes including a site tour.
