Milwaukee, WIPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a smooth, friendly interview journey focused mostly on my background, with conversations that felt natural and relatively fast.

Onsite interviews (single-session style) — in one case through a conference pathway, I had an interview that took about 45 minutes; in another, I reviewed my resume with two interviewers and it ran close to an hour.
Manager/HR involvement — I also went through a version split between behavioral questions, with interviews involving a technical manager and, in one format, both a technical manager and HR. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the overall tone was professional and supportive—questions felt conversational rather than adversarial.
