Glendale, CAPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a panel-style interview with a presentation component and got a strong sense that compensation for the location was the biggest issue, not the interview content.

Panel interview with presentation + breakouts — Around 6–7 managers were present. I had a breakout where two managers asked questions and I had to answer using STAR.
Questioning and wrap-up — The focus stayed on how I’d handle past situations and my experience rather than deep coding. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that the process still came down to offer terms, which I felt were unacceptably low.
