PraguePosted Aug 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with a fairly traditional sequence, and while it sounded structured, it felt challenging once it got technical.

HR interview — first step after application review; covered my background/qualifications, an intro to the company and role, and salary expectations.
Manager interview — a deeper check of my knowledge with detailed probing.
Technical interview — included algorithm-style questions and system design topics.
Conclusion — the interviewer closed out the process. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; my takeaway was that the technical depth made it harder than the initial HR screen.
