I had a short Devoteam interview attempt where the key hurdle was a technical test that I didn’t clear.

Recruiter outreach — I was contacted by phone and then sent a technical test by email.
Technical test (Codility-style) — I received questions assessing my technical foundations, and I concluded I didn’t pass due to technical gaps (not necessarily because the questions were unusually hard). Outcome: I didn’t move forward after failing the test, and the biggest takeaway was to focus on filling specific technical knowledge gaps.
