I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at devoteam and the process was average in difficulty, centered on my background plus soft-skill evaluation.

Recruiter screen — I walked through details of my previous job, then answered practical questions tied to the role.
Technical experience check — I was asked questions to confirm the experience and the types of challenges I’d handled.
Soft skills — Toward the end, I was prompted with behavior-style questions to understand how I work. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that they largely assessed role-fit and how I’d faced past challenges rather than a heavy technical test.
