I experienced a more HR-heavy path for the Software Engineer role, with standard motivation and logistics questions and a fairly quick early stage.

Application follow-up — I completed a form after reaching out via LinkedIn, including English fluency and salary expectations for a senior profile.
HR interview — I answered typical recruiter questions like why I wanted to join Devoteam, expected salary, and whether I would relocate.
Next-step handoff — Depending on the candidate, the process either moved into a manager/technical track or stalled after early rounds. Outcome: The early stages were usually easy and procedural, but the process could still stall without clear feedback.
