My first touchpoint was pretty lightweight: a recruiter reached out through LinkedIn and asked general questions.

From there, it quickly turned into live interviews—an online conversation with a team member, and then a panel with three people.

Overall it didn’t feel especially technical; most of the early questions were the standard “tell me about yourself” style. The part that stayed with me wasn’t the questions, though—it was how the process experience felt off. I had the impression the flow and communication weren’t handled carefully, and I ended up feeling like time was wasted rather than used well.
