I applied through LinkedIn expecting something remote, but once the interview started it became clear the role was hybrid in Milan.

During the meeting, HR interrupted to verify whether I could work fully remotely, and the whole screen ended up lasting only about three minutes.

After that quick interaction, I felt like I was left hanging. HR didn’t come back with any real follow-up, and I ended up being ghosted afterward.

The abruptness was what stuck with me most—the mismatch from the posting, the interruption midstream, and then the silence afterward. It was a disappointing process overall, and I never got a clear response one way or the other.
