After a recruiter screening, I had a call with the hiring manager, and then the process moved into a roleplay assessment.

What stood out was how transparent the company was throughout, especially with the roleplay component, which came with a lot of resources I could use and study to get ready.

The roleplay wasn’t presented like a trap; it felt more like a structured way to see how I approached the work. Overall, the interviews felt fairly guided, with enough clarity to understand what was being evaluated, and a steady flow between the steps. I left feeling like I could actually demonstrate my fit, not just guess what they wanted.
