Dataiku Account Executive interview experience

Got offer

Negative

MilanPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After going through the process, I ended up realizing the company had withdrawn their position without giving me a clear, formal response.

There wasn’t a straightforward update or direct communication explaining what was happening.

By the time it was obvious the offer path had been pulled back, it left me with a pretty negative impression—not because the interviews were necessarily brutal, but because the communication and clarity were missing. It felt like the recruiting process didn’t respect the candidate’s need for clarity about what the organization decided and why.

In the end, there was no offer, and the main reflection I have is that a lack of transparency can sour even a process that looks otherwise in motion.
