Cloud Software Group Solutions Engineer interview experience

I went through a set of three interviews plus a panel interview, and HR was part of it along with a hiring manager and a director of pre-sales.

The panel interview required me to complete an assignment, which added another layer beyond just conversation. Between the multiple interviewers and the extra work product, it felt like they were trying to evaluate more than just how well I could talk through technical ideas. Difficulty-wise it landed around average for me overall, but the mix of roles and the panel assignment definitely made the experience feel more involved than a basic loop.
