C.H. Robinson Software Engineer interview experience

My interview experience was strange in the simplest way: I wasn’t asked a single coding question.

Instead, it was a steady stream of behavioral conversations from multiple people. I could tell they were trying to evaluate my communication and how I’d handle situations, but my strongest area is technical, so it didn’t match what I expected.

Because there was no coding component at all, I left feeling uneasy about my chances. I never received an offer, and honestly it was hard to shake the feeling that the process wasn’t measuring what I’m best at.
