After applying, I got pulled into a quick first conversation where I was basically told to wait while they matched my profile to what they needed.

They asked me to put my resume into their format, and then there was a period of silence where I just had to hold on and see if they’d find a fit.

The frustrating part was how little clarity there was. I didn’t really know what to expect next, and when they decided I wasn’t a match, it felt like the process simply stopped with no real closure. Overall, the timeline didn’t feel transparent, and the lack of communication made the experience drag.
