CGI Consultant interview experience

I was asked about how I’d handled situations in the past and how I’d think through everyday work challenges. The tone stayed relaxed, but it was still clear they wanted to understand my communication and approach.

In another interview setup with a similar vibe, there was no assessment—just questions about my background and a discussion of why I matched what the company did. The call felt somewhat formal, which actually made me more comfortable, and I ended with a few curiosity questions. I also had the chance to ask questions back, and that mattered in the tone of the conversation.
