My interview felt like a standard hiring evaluation across similar ESN-style processes.

It focused on both hard and soft skills, plus how I thought about growth over the medium and long term. The conversation also covered the role’s expectations around service quality, and we discussed topics like salary and geographic area.

There wasn’t a single standout technical hurdle—I was assessed more holistically, including my fit and my mindset around quality and progression. The overall experience was formal enough to feel structured, and it left me thinking that they were judging more than just what I could do right now.
