CapTech Software Engineer interview experience

Interviewers were upfront about dates and timing, which I really appreciated because it made the whole schedule feel predictable. The only thing that felt off to me was the automated application system, which made it seem more artificial than the human interactions themselves.

The difficulty was average overall, and while I didn’t end up getting an offer, it didn’t feel like there was any confusion about what was happening next. The clarity and professionalism of the process were the main things I remembered.
