My experience started with a recruiter chat that felt welcoming from the moment I joined.

The recruiter was genuinely nice and made it easy to talk about my background. We focused on my experience and the projects that connected to what the role needed.

Scheduling was the only real snag—there were some issues getting the logistics aligned—but the actual conversation itself went well. Overall it left me with a good impression of how they communicated, and it was the kind of screen that didn’t feel like a trap or a test.
