CapTech Software Engineer interview experience

After that round, they reviewed my resume and then moved me into a separate technical interview. The technical part leaned heavily into LeetCode-style problems, and the structure of the session was very much about how I solved them.

They also encouraged the use of STAR-style storytelling for the behavioral elements, which made sense for the earlier conversation. The difficulty was listed as average overall, and while I couldn’t call it easy, the interview felt organized and direct. I didn’t receive an offer afterward, but the sequence itself was clear and consistent.
