Richmond, VAPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a phone call first, and I actually thought it went well—I felt like I was communicating clearly and that the conversation matched my background.

After that, I ended up in a technical interview with an engineer. The format was pretty hands-on: the engineer walked me through a coding problem step by step as we worked through it.

What stood out most was how late they managed to fit me in for the technical interview. Everyone I interacted with seemed helpful and genuinely nice. Even with that positive vibe, I didn’t end up getting an offer, but it didn’t feel awkward or hostile—the energy in the room was professional and supportive.
