I got the interview opportunity through campus recruiting and went on campus for the onsite process.

The night before the interview, there was a pre-interview dinner where CapTech introduced themselves and gave me time to talk with the people who would interview me. It felt relaxed, like a genuine conversation.

On the day, the first round interview was all behavioral, with two interviewers interviewing me. They were both really nice, and the whole vibe made it feel less like a high-stakes interrogation and more like meeting professionals. Difficulty was easy for me. I still didn’t receive an offer, but the experience itself felt friendly and low pressure.
