During the COVID period, I had a meet-and-greet with the recruiter, and she was amazing.

After that, I moved into technical questioning with someone who was more of a recent college hire. The final interview then leaned more heavily into technical questions where I performed multiple technical responses.

That last stage also included a behavioral component with three people participating. The overall difficulty was average, and while it was a full set of rounds, the structure felt coherent. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process felt like it was testing both execution and communication rather than being purely arbitrary.
