CapTech Software Engineer interview experience

Overall it felt pleasant and not overly stressful. In the technical round, they gave coding challenges, and while I wasn’t expected to produce perfect syntax, they seemed more interested in my approach than in memorizing every tiny detail.

The difficulty felt average, but the manager-level setting made it easier to think clearly. I liked that the questions weren’t framed as trick problems. Still, I didn’t receive an offer, though the process felt respectful and comfortable end to end.
