My interview for Software Engineer felt a bit disorganized, with questions that were less directly tied to the day-to-day work and some technical follow-up.

HR + manager sequence — I did a one-on-one with HR first, then met with a manager.
Manager-led technical questions — With the manager, I answered more technical questions. They didn’t seem extremely difficult, but the overall prep of the process felt poor.
Group/one-to-one element — I also had elements of group interviewing and met with a senior manager. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the main takeaway was lack of preparation and a “might come down to luck” feeling.
