I reached the offer stage quickly, but the offer didn’t ultimately hold due to external staffing changes.

HR phone call — discussed my current role and why I wanted to join.
Online interview (HR/technical + security verification) — background and role-related questions without a coding component, followed by security-related checks.
Offer accepted as a consultant — I did receive an offer and moved forward, but it was later rescinded before I could start. Outcome: Offer was withdrawn; the takeaway is that timing and internal/contracting changes can override interview performance.
