I experienced a longer, multi-step process where the technical bar stayed high, followed by delays and minimal feedback.

Screening interview — an initial check before the technical testing.
HackerRank online technical test — an OA-style evaluation covering core DS skills.
Additional screening interview — another quick round before deeper technical interviews.
Technical interviews (set of three) — I went through separate interviews focused on coding, ML theory, and an ML use case with DS employees.
Additional ML use case — a second case-style technical discussion.
Final call with Global DS leader — a concluding conversation with the global DS head.
