I interviewed for the Data Scientist role in a more selective, loop-style process where I had to pass multiple interviews in close succession, with harder theory and coding under time pressure.

Resume screening — initial review of my resume by leadership.
Technical assessment — an OA/coding evaluation on HackerRank covering ML/DS concepts and a coding task.
Round loop: case + ML + coding (1 hour each) — multiple technical interviews back-to-back; each round acted as a gate.
Machine learning theory — questions starting from basics (stats/probabilities) up to more modern models.
Coding — medium LeetCode-style problem solving as part of the loop. Outcome: I didn’t progress, and the takeaway was that this loop format is unforgiving—any weak round ends
