I ran into an uneven process where the interview structure felt less organized than expected, but the topics they tested were still firmly in DS/ML and resume fit.

Behavioral + technical split — one round focused on behavioral questions, followed by several technical sessions (in one case: one coding and two theory rounds).
Technical content — the technical questions sometimes didn’t match what I expected from prep hints; more emphasis was placed on DS/ML fundamentals tied to my projects and how I’d approach problems.
Motivation / background — at least one round was explicitly about why I wanted the company/role and how my background supported it. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was to prep broadly for DS/ML
