My interview for the Data Scientist role became very difficult mainly due to poor scheduling and an unexpected, extremely hard live coding problem.

Live coding (badly organized) — I joined at the scheduled time without any smooth setup or context and was immediately given a hard dynamic-programming style problem; the interviewer suggested it was solvable only if you’d seen something similar before. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that delivery and preparedness framing can make even standard coding evaluation feel unfair.
