I went through a fairly technical, multi-round Data Scientist loop with heavy ML/statistics focus and back-to-back interviews.

Online assessment (HackerRank / test) — multiple coding/technical questions plus ML or statistics concepts; some screens felt like ML/stat MCQs mixed with one coding task.
Live interviews (fast consecutive rounds) — I was interviewed in a row across separate 45-minute blocks covering (1) live Python coding with an online interpreter, (2) deep ML/statistics theory with detailed questions, and (3) structured problem-solving stages like data cleaning, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment/presentation.
Technical follow-ups: ML theory + ML case/use case — I covered
