For this role, I didn’t have an HR interview, only the technical interview for a stage (internship).

It was still a genuinely interesting experience, and the overall atmosphere felt healthier than what I’d experienced at other companies.

The interview environment was fairly positive, and I felt comfortable with the way it was handled. From a practical standpoint, the pay for an intern was decent, though it didn’t feel like the best I’d seen elsewhere.

I walked away feeling like the process and tone were good, but the compensation wasn’t enough to fully tip the balance for me.
