I interviewed for a Software Engineer role in a mid-level, team-and-manager workflow over roughly a month, with a lot of behavioral-to-fit questions and some light-to-moderate technical content, but logistics and timing issues showed up.

Program/director rounds (2 interviews) — I was questioned about my resume plus common behavioral prompts (like a time I struggled, failed, or overcame an obstacle).
HR + manager + n+2 — A first HR call to align on the role and environment, then interviews with the hiring manager and n+2; there were some technical questions, an English question to gauge level, and teamwork/prioritization questions.
Recruiter + hiring manager + team (2 interviews) — A basic “get to know you” manager conversation followed by a team round that included more technical questioning.
