San Diego, CAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a more hands-on Software Engineer process that started with behavioral conversations and then moved into technical questions and problem-solving, with clear structure.

Manager behavioral + team technical (plus choice of problems) — I had a behavioral round with a manager, then a technical round with multiple team members and additional managers; I was offered a choice between coding problems and the difficulty was relatively easy.
3 rounds with technical depth from resume — Two technical rounds with similar patterns, plus an HR-style round focused on how I tackle work problems.
Structured phone screen — A straightforward phone screening requiring real experience examples and how they map to the role.
**Two back-to-back panel interviews
