My process started with a pre-recorded interview that felt similar to HireVue—answering prompts on my own time—then I moved into a 2-on-1 live interview.

After that, there was a final interview with the hiring manager. The whole thing felt pretty efficient overall, and I’d estimate it took around a month at most.

The format was straightforward and paced well, with each step clearly building on the last. The conversations stayed professional, and I didn’t feel like I was guessing what came next.

I ended up receiving an offer, and the experience overall felt quick and well run. What I remember most was the continuity between rounds, which made the process feel less stressful than other multi-step loops I’ve been through.
