I interviewed for a Software Engineer role that included a site tour and multiple structured conversations, with an emphasis on team fit and presenting a topic.

Hiring manager + HR (formal interview) — A formal discussion with the hiring manager and HR representative.
Presentation round — I delivered a presentation on a given topic and then answered questions.
Cultural/team fit session — A session with the team I would join to evaluate collaboration and fit. Outcome: No offer—the takeaway was that BD assessed communication and interaction styles as much as your background.
