I had a friendly, non-technical-leaning Software Engineer interview journey over two main stages, centered on personal qualities and team context.

Phone screen with mixed seniority panel + follow-up stage — A phone screen with people at my level and two levels above, followed by an in-person meeting with team and site members.
Light, personal-qualities focus — The atmosphere was professional and upbeat; the focus was on personal qualities rather than deep technical questions, and I was able to keep the conversation fluid. Outcome: No offer—the takeaway is that I was evaluated strongly on interpersonal fit and communication.
