My process was fairly standard in structure, but it still felt time-consuming overall.

I went through several rounds: first an HR-style phone screen that was easy and conversational and leaned into culture; then a technical round that was focused on my background; after that, another technical stage where my SQL skills came up along with questions that felt more “real” and practical.

Then there was a manager round that pushed for how I handled prior experiences and pressure—there was even discussion about working in stressful situations and being able to put in extra time if required. The last touchpoint felt like an HR discussion again, tying the whole story together.
