Barclays Business Analyst interview experience

The setup felt unusually comfortable—almost like getting on a call with a friend—and the whole thing had a smooth, low-friction rhythm.

I didn’t feel like I was being tested in a stressful way at the start, and the experience didn’t have that “gotcha” energy some interviews can have. The main thing I remember is how easy it was to join and stay engaged.

I ended up receiving an offer, and honestly the ease of the logistics was the biggest surprise for me compared to how intense the word “interview” usually feels.
