My final-stage interview was remote rather than in person, and it was simpler than I expected in terms of structure.

The conversation lasted about an hour, and I interviewed with two people.

The focus felt conversational rather than overly intimidating, and I remember enjoying it because it didn’t feel like there was a wall between me and the interviewers. Even though the role title was different from a generic BA framing, the interview still felt approachable and not overly formal.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I still left with the impression that the interaction style was friendly and that the round itself wasn’t meant to be a “trial by fire.”
