I went through three stages across several team members, with a boss involved, and the last step was with a director.

The overall process was quick, and it played out with about a week between stages.

The part that stood out was the case study, which was long-winded and time-consuming compared to how quickly the scheduling felt. I remember trying to stay organized and not drift while working through it, because it demanded more sustained focus than the earlier conversations.

It was ultimately an okay experience, but the case format was the element that made it feel heavy. I didn’t get an offer.
