My Barclays process started with an initial screening, then moved into aptitude and technical, followed by a case study and finally an HR round.

The aptitude portion included gaming-based tasks alongside behavioural questions, which honestly caught me off guard because it didn’t feel like a typical “aptitude test” format.

For the technical side, I was asked basics around machine learning, statistics, and AI. The case study was a scenario where I had to analyse what was happening and suggest recommendations, which was a lot more work than I expected from the earlier steps.
