After my online assessment, I was invited to the first round where I worked through two case studies presented and guided by partners at the firm.

The cases were distinct: one was tech related and the other focused on health care.

The difficulty felt driven by having to interpret the problem quickly from how it was introduced, then carry the logic forward consistently with partner-level attention. It also required me to balance analysis with clear communication, since there was less room to ramble.

I didn’t get an offer. The main thing I took away was that the partner-led setting raised the expectations around clarity and pace—if my thinking wasn’t crisp, it showed fast.
