Bain & Consultant interview experience

I went through two rounds of case interviews. In the first round, the interviews were with current consultants or managers, and the second round shifted to partners.

Across both rounds, there were also general questions about my interest in the role, not just pure case work. The whole structure felt fairly inclusive, and the case rounds stayed the core of the evaluation while the personal questions gave them context for how I worked and what I was aiming for.
