Bain & Consultant interview experience

They were designed to get me into a program track where associates typically join in a later stage, so there was a clear screening feel.

The two discussions were split between a business case and a market sizing exercise. Each one ran about fifteen to twenty minutes, so there wasn’t much room to dwell—everything depended on how quickly I could structure the approach and move through the numbers.

It was a compact, concentrated day and that pacing was hard to slow down. I didn’t receive an offer, but the format made it obvious they were measuring speed and clarity more than long-form debating.
